18. Hoensbroek                                  Another platform station. I brought my bike and cycled from the station to Hoensbroek Castle and further through the fields to Nuth. It is a large castle and has parts from many different styles after various restorations through the ages - which makes it impressive sitting between the two rivers the Mass and the Rhine. Seems to be quite active around that area with enough activities - fairs, games, shop and cafe etc. etc  to keep everyone happy for a day out. .
